What to expect

Fit the monitor

We fit a lightweight monitor and cuff and show you how it works — the appointment takes about 15 minutes.

Wear it for 24 hours

The monitor takes readings through the day and night while you carry on as normal.

Results to your GP

Return the monitor and we share the results with your GP to guide any treatment.
