Our story
Built branch by branch
We didn’t buy a chain. Each pharmacy joined the group because its community needed it to stay open — and because its team wanted more clinical services to offer, not fewer.
October 2020
Brockhurst Pharmacy becomes the foundation of the company.
May 2022
Brune Pharmacy becomes the sister branch and serves the community of Gosport alongside Brockhurst Pharmacy.
June 2022
A pipeline across the coast is established and we expand into West Sussex, successfully acquiring Worthing Pharmacy.
April 2023
Following the national disposal of the Lloyds Pharmacy Group across the country, we gave pharmacy services in Fareham a new lease of life and established Fareham Community Pharmacy, which has gone on to become one of the company’s flagship stores.
May 2025
Tuckers Pharmacy joins the Medscheck Group, an established pharmacy that has served several generations of the local community.
March 2026
Brook Pharmacy becomes the first acquisition of the year, as part of a strategic plan to consider it for consolidation with Tuckers Pharmacy towards the later part of the year.
June 2026
Operationally the company becomes equipped to push beyond our immediate areas of interest and we welcome Braunton Pharmacy in North Devon to the group.
July 2026
Shaftesbury Pharmacy is acquired and vital NHS pharmacy services are reinstated following a difficult period for the store in the months prior to takeover.
July 2026
Another branch earns a sister branch as Combe Martin Pharmacy is acquired and offers stability back to the local community of Ilfracombe and neighbouring towns.
July 2026
A second branch in Dorset joins the group as we acquired Bridport Pharmacy.

Regulation and governance
Every branch is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and inspected against NHS Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework standards. Our superintendent pharmacist is accountable for clinical governance across all nine sites.
